"Kiddie Kruzzer" strollers now available!

Kids will love shopping when they cruise the mall in a bus, car, bug or puppy stroller. Many new options, including two-seater, one-seater, baby carrier and combo strollers are available. Rent one next to the Customer Service Center, down the hallway between Sports Page & Vista Vision. Stroller rentals available for $5 (machine accepts $5 and $1 bills); $1 refunded when strollers are returned. 

 

Complimentary wheelchairs are available at the Customer Service Center, phone number 515-232-3679, during all mall hours.  New wheelchairs have been provided by Bethany Life Communities!

Three convenient ATM locations include: the main entrance, South Wing and across from Vista Vision.

Public restrooms and lockers are located in the Mall Management Office hallway. Faxing and copying services are available at the Customer Service Center.

For emergencies, please contact Mall Security or Maintenance at 515-291-9924.  The Mall Management Office can be contacted at 515-232-3679 from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. weekdays.

 

North Grand gift cards are the perfect gift for everyone on your list and for every occasion. They’re good at all mall stores that accept Discover Cards and are available at the Customer Service Center in any denomination from $20 to $500.  Small activation fee applies per card.  Find out more...

 

Mall walking begins at 7 a.m. on Monday – Saturday and at 9:15 a.m. on Sunday.  Mall walker programs sponsored by Mary Greeley Medical Center are held the first Tuesday of each month from 8 – 8:30 a.m. near the Qwest kiosk.  Programs include guest speakers, free blood pressure checks and refreshments. North Grand Mall’s Specialty Leasing program includes merchant opportunities throughout the year, in both in-line spaces and kiosks.  This program allows retailers or vendors to take advantage of seasonal traffic during periods such as Valentines, Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Back to School and Holiday.  Entrepreneurs can use this program as an “incubator” period to test market merchandise on a short-term basis prior to signing a permanent lease.
