Strollers may be obtained in the hallway near the Mall Management Office. We only request that you return the stroller to this area.

 

Complimentary wheelchairs are available at the Mall Management Office, phone number (515) 232-3679 from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. On Evenings and weekends, please call Mall Security, (515) 291-9924.  Wheelchairs have been provided by Bethany Life Communities!

 

Three convenient ATM locations include: the main entrance, South Wing and across from Vista Vision.

Public restrooms and lockers are located in the Mall Management Office hallway. Faxing and copying services are available at the Mall Management Office, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

For emergencies, please contact Mall Security or Maintenance at (515) 291-9924.  The Mall Management Office can be contacted at (515) 232-3679 from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. weekdays.

Mall walking begins at 7 a.m. on Monday – Saturday and at 9:15 a.m. on Sunday.  Mall walker programs sponsored by Mary Greeley Medical Center are held the first Tuesday of each month from 8 – 8:30 a.m. near the Qwest kiosk.  Programs include guest speakers, free blood pressure checks and refreshments. North Grand Mall’s Specialty Leasing program includes merchant opportunities throughout the year, in both in-line spaces and kiosks.  This program allows retailers or vendors to take advantage of seasonal traffic during periods such as Valentines, Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Back to School and Holiday. Entrepreneurs can use this program as an “incubator” period to test market merchandise on a short-term basis prior to signing a permanent lease.
